I placed my order on the 29/08/13 for a Microavionics Helmet (£494.95).
I received a confirmation e-mail saying that they were out of stock and expecting a delivery within the next few days.
There then followed over the last 3 months various exchanges of e-mails and voice mails to their office number.
I have been offered a refund on the 12/11/13 but despite me leaving messages on their
answer machine have still not received my £494.95 back.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to struggle to get your money back and be continually lied to about the progress of your order. H. Branch- Essex
