I am completely disappointed with Proviation

I paid the Lightspeed headsets (555.43 £) on Sept 4th. After a lot of lies and excuses, on Oct 18th, I ask for the refund of my money. After almost 3 months I'm still without headsets and money.

Even so, yesterday I offered them another opportunity to settle the order and they do not bother to reply

I have kept all the emails and many of the chats held with Proviation and I can show them to all those interested. You can see that sort of people are at Proviation.

For certain, Trusted Shops has disabled Proviation guarantees, while still exposing his logo

They have exploited that I live in Spain to steal me money
It appears that Proviation are still claiming Trusted Shop status when the truth is entirely different. It's like the Trustpilot 5* "EXCELLENT" rating all over again.
