When was the last time Virgin Tech accepted an B737 at 0100hrs in the Melbourne hangars with full flight control lubes, all landing gear lubes, elevator tab inspections, full engine tasks, Boro scope, eco wash (on same engine as boro) and then have an 0600hrs departure? WITH NO DEFERRALS?
If this is the case then where is the "push back" to the operator by the MRO?

Totally unreasonable and unrealistic to expect this sort/amount of work to occur in the given time frame. Question is, is this being accepted by the MRO or expected by the operator, either way totally in-achievable in the given time frame.

If the MRO is expected to turn the aircraft around in this time frame or face consequences by the operator then the MRO should have the knackers to report them to CASA.
