It is worrying how many people seem to have no problem with a business which has both appalling customer relations and even worse industrial relations in the name of shareholder dividends and lower* fares.
'Shut up or go work somewhere else' is not an attitude which engenders a good safety culture in any business, let alone aviation.
(*how much cheaper are Ryanair flights in reality? They trade on the 'we are cheaper than anyone else' mantra, but that is simply not true)
