Kairali airlines promoters have been accused in many criminal cases. They have not submitted a formal application yet. They have conducted a huge logo launch ceremony despite the fact that lot of hurdles has to be passed before even they get the initial Noc...... I really doubt that it may be a big scam.. either targeting investors or candidates. .
