If and it's a big if, all the A300 pilots stay with Monarch rather than retire then just to keep the same passanger capacity at least another 2 (or 3) full airframe sets of crews will have to be recruited. I would say this is at least another 30 pilots required on top of planned fleet capacity expansion before next summer season.
