Technically...(and this is from Boeing Business Jets) any "non airline" configured Boeing is a BBJ. So those VIP/VVIP/corporate interiors on the B744 B777 and obviously the 737 variants etc make them "BBJ's". That's how Boeing sells em, and that's how they are marketed...just sayin' !
