I suggest you transition to an independent email service asap. This will ensure that the transition causes minimal inconvenience. Keep this as your primary email for the long term, so that you will not consider any subsequent change of Service provider as an inconvenience in the future.
Companies such as PC @W rely on people being too lazy to deal with the minor inconveniences of changing service providers. Complaining etc has no effect on their level of service.
