I wouldnt hope too much, yes I will be the medium or the average that puts you in a basement when I take your job for less paper than you got.
No **** sherlock, you just figured out that a business has to make profits and that they are there to make profits for themselves and could give less of a **** about you? Its how a business runs. Im guessing you are balls deep into a mortgage or other bills and got your panties in a bunch cause soon your job too will be taken by another "medium" or "average". Id say sucks to be in your position. Better get that basement ready!
