Last I checked CX wasnt the only company on the planet offering pilots jobs. Hiring and the flight operations of that company are not related to "running the company"? If I am red flagged over something like this then thats that, it would tell me what kind of company it really is. And also something tells me that if the CEO wanted he wouldnt have replied me and just red flagged me and ignored me no?
I dont care who earns how much at the end of the day. If they say I didn't make the cut then I deserve to know which part I didnt live up to... If nobody ever stood up for themselves the world would be different. If its company policy... Its not ethical period. Atleast I tried to dig deeper rather than the hypocrites on here that ask others not tp join CX for their own personal agendas but yet continue to work for that very same company.
