What he is saying isn't true, so it hasen't changed that much i reckon. In the contract it states a minimum of 66 sectors linetraining, and you certainly don't pay for it, you get payed. You only start to get payed after safety release, but that like you said, only takes a few days.
- And btw, about the cancelled courses, it's future planned courses, not current ones, so it hasen't affected current cadets, only the career of those who plan on joining Ryanair in a couple of months!
