Yes, but thanks to my fat fingers I can now say even with an extra grand less the current situation sways in favour of J2. And that's before you take holiday and sick pay into account. Plus when I was there the euro exchange rate was at least 10 % better, and that's not going to improve any time soon.
I fully take the point about roster and lifestyle. Variable roster doesn't suit everyone, and I miss the 5/4. But just wait 'till you check for changes on Friday and find you are now based in Lithuania on 5/3. It has happened.
