Interesting this one!! Been busy today, so not too much time to look, but had a quick look in Aerofiles on the grounds that it's a trainer with no luck!
The tail, particularly the one-piece elevator has a distinctly Arado look about it, as does the hint of an inverted gull-wing, the Ar.80 is close and a V3 was fitted with two open cockpits and was involved in testing flaps, but I can't see any mention of it being fitted with what appears to be a seven-cylinder radial.
In need of a clue I think
