I see what you mean Sarah... I kind of agree.
I also like to think that they would contact anyone should a problem/information request arise during the process.
But I sure wish what the hold up is...
- in part because I am located in Portugal, so, if getting through, would appreciate some days to prepare my trip for stage 2.
