flightradar24 might help but of course not all aircraft are shown. Only a handful of bizjets and regional jets are in the database and hardly any MD80's.
However all easyjet, Thomson, Monarch, Wizz show and it has an excellent replay facility. It is UK time - 1 and if you click on the aircraft it also trails back to the airport of departure.
Some airports have webtrax especially in the US and I know EMA has or had something similar.
