Isn't there a playback website that can show the track of aircraft at precise moments in time?
I also live very close to Mr Tucker and heard no such thing - but considering someone else heard it, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt for now.
I gather he forgot to put a '0' at the end of his height, but I guess he can have a bit of artistic licence to get his point across. Especially as its illegal to be under 1,000ft of height unless you're departing or on an approach (were there any go arounds on this day?) And you certainly wouldn't be allowed in airspace at that altitude.
Its a tissue of whoppers, nothing less.
