C'mon re-entry.

Over the last 60 years there are fewer 'poor and vulnerable' ever in the history of mankind. Prosperity has lifted millions in Asia, L. America, the former Soviet nightmares, even Africa out of the depths of the most desperate poverty.

I hate to tell you what has led to that prosperity, but look at nations that have embraced rule of law, trade, democratic goverrnment (quasi and otherwise) and you begin to see a pattern.

Global warming? Seems to be. Man made? open for debate. As economically devastating as they are for farmers and small communities, don't act as if Oklahoma droughts are anything new.
