Tried to complete the survey, but after completing it and the final disclaimer is shown, pressing Continue button to send data to the server actually does nothing. I pressed it a few times, waited about a minute, still nothing. Not sure if it's a bug or that's how it's meant to be with no final confirmation whatsoever, but I thought you might want to know that. L.E. BTW, I was using Chrome 21 and Flash 11.3.31.225 if that helps.
