Very happy to be away from Parc aviation. My experience was pretty shocking, including not being allowed to take any leave for my first year in the company (with a email from Parc stating that we were entitled to 0 days off) and never getting any response from the "responsible" person in Parc. We all developed a system of emailing once a week until we received a reply... sad really
I usually strongly agree with my colleagues but this time i want to spend just 2 words about Parc.
I'm one of the first Flexi which joined EZY and lucky enough to be on a perm now.
I can tell you that Parc with us was just great, straight and honest to the point they were kind of ashamed of the terms they were offering but when i joined times were different and the company was in deep Sh--it.
Sadly, they just do what they are asked and payed to do.
Even more sadly, ethic as we learn it when we are kids does not happen to be when we grow up.

Don't shoot the messenger!
