Parc currently do offer Flexi Crew contracts with a German base.
But that is not in line with German jurisdiction, which demands you cannot be self employed having only one customer ("Scheinselbständigkeit", fake self-employedness).
If they proceed and they are taken to court it is likely that easyJet will be found liable of hiring those folks.
