I've heard so many different versions of the 'defaulter/dodgy billing' argument that I no longer know who or what to believe.
But I'm well prepared to bide my time before deciding where the truth lies, because all that's been bandied about thus far is a load of rumour and innuendo. Insufficient RELIABLE data.
I'll make one prediction....
the truth will be a lot more complicated than you think, and no side will emerge squeaky clean.
Maybe the HKCAD already know that.
If it goes to Court - the truth will out.
If it doesn't go to Court - somebody is full of ****.
Wait and see.
