Poose, the problem is that Easy are very aware that what Ryanair do is illegal. They took legal advice as they would have happily done the same. Hence 'flexicrew' was devised......which is legal. It achieves the same aim as Ryanair's Company contracting method....ie we pay for so many hours and no more.
