Got to destination though £120 lighter for the 2 boarding passes.
Glad to hear you got there but sorry to hear about the charges. It might be worth keeping your receipts and requesting reimbursement from Independent Holidays. If they've not supplied you with the information necessary to check in (whether it be through negligence or mistake) it is they who are at fault...
