Ah now I understand why there is a massive delay on the MAN-RHO flight. I was doing boarding for the ZB698 to MAH and I kept having passengers coming up to me at Gate 211 and in a very angry tone wanting vouchers and more information on the delay....I had no idea what they were on about, Swissport don't deal with Strategic and next thing I saw was an enormous queue at the information desk with Premiere Handling agents there.
I've just looked at the MAN website and it says 'next information at 1530'. This doesn't sound good at all.
