To counterbalance tha front mounting you have both a rear mounting that goes under the tail plus some weights inside the last part of the tail.
About the weight of the wescam plus the mounting onestly i didn't remember, but more or less about 30-40 kg. The strumentation inside the cabin is quite simple, and light. There are just 2 operators, one sitting close to the pilot, with the steering control and zoom control of the camera, and one sitting back, that set the color balance and other stuff.
With the correct mounting and weights, you don't feel great difference on the helicopter, you just have to fly slower during ferry flights, and you can't do steep turns and other "aerobatic manouvers".
I can say that is a bit boring, cineflex is better and simplier for the pilot point of view.

With that mounting, do you have a counterbalance at the back - or just compensate for the nose weight?
Also, what is the weight of the Wescam unit and, presumebly, it's control unit in the cabin?
