They have shown NO capacity to look after their own backyard, in fact don't they want to burn it to the ground?
You know they are getting desperate when they whinge to the referee because there was one time when they were so strong it didn't matter but now...... they are getting what they deserve with the way they treat staff, customers and the investing public.
