Meanwhile Qantas today effectively objected to Virgin Australia's restructuring ambitions by calling on the International Air Services Commission to conduct an inquiry into its plans, Crikey reports. The objection could ruin plans for Virgin Australia to gain more foreign investment capital from carriers such as Etihad.
