I've had a few friends attend the preliminary stages and the process is as described in the above links.
- A group of ~12 is taken into a conference room
They are then sub-divided into Three groups of 4 people each.
- Group 1 had to Discuss / Present: Importance of Airline Food Quality
- Group 2 had to Discuss / Present: Cheap Ticket Fare
- Group 3 had to Discuss / Present: Safety
Once done with that, the entire group of 12 is required to Discuss:
What is more Important of the ^ 3 from a marketing Perspective?
The ones shortlisted are required to attend the next round of Group Discussion + Language Tests and if you clear that then FI at some later date.
By the way, it seems CX has shortlisted a LOT of people for the initial round, interviews have begun since February 4th 2011, mine is still a few days away.
My friend's referance number is in the High Two Thousands, so
that many people to be screened by them.
