I did a film with Marc Wolff (Flying Pictures) in Hungary in '99 Spy Game. As far as I know we flew from Pakistan to china and back to rescue Brad Pitt and we only had the 44 gallon aux tanks.
Hows that for economical driving?
I agree with the note about using a 350 as a circular saw, bit daft that one even for a layman to watch.
Anyone remember that film (Eathquake I think) where a large dam was about to burst? The main character was flying a Gazelle (lovely beige colour), one internal shot showed them hacking around the sky acting quite well with the throttle back and the rotor brake on! Must have been towing.
