Last I heard, maybe 2-3 months ago, was a shortage of 757/767 rated folk in the pool to start in early 2012. That said, the 757 chaps I know who recently joined have gone onto the 747 not 767.
There has been a shortage of experienced 757 drivers in the UK over the last 12-18 months, in sharp contrast to 2008/9.
