Not for surveillance! Endurance yes! It was built as a trainer and to set the distance record for sport aircraft of 500 - 1000 kg (flightweight)

Just noticed that for some reason, the image I posted still shows a dimension arrow and leader lines showing width over the tailplane, I did obliterate these, deleted the original image from Photobucket and then uploaded the new version before I posted it here, but it's still there (although it doesn't show up in the PB preview)
A teensy clue. In case you haven't noticed, there's a reason for no front view that may help!!
