If any FBO will be moved on I would have thought it would be Ocean Sky and that won't happen for a long while. Anyway I don't think Ocean lease the whole of the south stands but only a section of it so there is already a stand or two available.
There was talk of extending the south stands towards taxiway Delta but nothing happened. Also since Britannia ops building was knocked down there is room there to increase the apron to the east of Ocean Sky's hangar
