I was thinking about the VVIP infrastructure Signature have in place, parking stands are not really an issue as long as they are near the VVIP facilities.
Could be a chance to build south of the runway which is still within Beds as long as the land can be obtained and a new road structure built to serve it.
I'm sure Luton would not want to loose any Biz traffic, although they do not generate as much money as a 737 or 319, they are an important revenue.
