Heliwest (Toowoomba - 1 1/2 hours from Brisbane & Jandakot - Perth)
R22 is $465 /hr for CPL and R44 I $715/hr for CPL.
(Add 10% GST for PPL(H))
Cheaper to live in Toowoomba than on the coast.
