Its been mentioned on another airline web site that there is
going to be a big announcement this week in relation to BMI
and Bmibaby.

looks like BMI could be relocating their base out of Heathrow.
Don't see that happening in a long while, unless you are talking about the covering of Lufthansa flights from other airports such as MAN and BHX.
The only way I see BD leaving LHR is if the company is asset stripped of it's slots. At which point, there will be no airline to consider moving anyway.
