And there is the "old" ATP pool; the members of which CTC have grouped along with the Cadets in equal standing.
As far as I know the new terms (not placed until the cadet pool has been exhaused) has been in place from when CTC opened for ATP applications in April 2009.
So am I to understand that any new entries to the "new" hold pool will be divided into 2 categories: Wings cadets (i.e., ab-initio) and ATP entrants (i.e., guys who did the AQC and obtained their CPL/IR elsewhere)?
That would mean that all new Wings cadets entering the hold pool would enter higher than any ATP entrants. Meaning that if there is a continuous supply of Wings cadets, ATP entrants would never be called from the hold pool....?
