Smell the coffee, I don't really know why you are complaining about the pay....
You applied for the job after presumably reading the advertisement which states the pay, went to the interview where again the pay is spoken of, read and signed a contract with the offer of pay enclosed. It's not like the amount you get paid has just been sprung on you after you joined. Or am I wrong?
I think you need to wake up... and smell the coffee!!
