So, from Part 3 Chapter 1 section 1.6, an integrated course allows for a reduced time requirement for license issue (as it does in the UK). So I guess the next question would be to ask the HK CAD which FTO is considered to be approved. OAA provide training in Australia, so does the approval of OAA extend company wide...?
I guess the other option would be to pay your $170 and try to get a license converted...
