genuinely sorry to hear you wasted your time and money on going to a HKA (or was it HKE ) interview. I'm very tempted to say "we told you so" but I know that won't help you. The lesson is; even if you've been unemployed for 14 months, don't bother with these crooks/incompetents. Infact, if you've been unemployed for 14 months you're the last person that can afford to waste money on airfares, expensive accommodation and more expensive beer by coming to HK.

i'm sure you already know; there is no annual pay increase at HKA/HKE, infact the total package is still worse today than it was in Jan 2008 - that's one of the reasons why pilots are leaving, as well as bad rosters, low annual leave, no trust in management, no housing allowance, no school fee allowance, no pay for sim or safety pilot duties, no proper commuter contract option, crap hotels................................
