technically people can take a short cut, go to US,convert to FAA CPL,then write ATPL anytime they want.
but this wont work if you want to convert ur current license to hongkong license."

So for the applicant from Canada, what is the best way to get the written ATPL done that is suitable for the KA pre-cadet program and HKCAD?
I am looking for the best place for me to take the ICAO ATPL written, but confusing now...
