Do you have a link or any idea on how to access the CAD54?
In Australia and NZ, there is no hour requirements for sitting the ATPL exams, therefore it remaining frozen until the 1500 hours are completed.
And so if what youre saying is correct, I can submit my original ICAO NZCPL license with my Aussie ICAO ATPL papers? cause in theory, those ATPL papers are just papers until its unfrozen.
