aviation english
airline pilots are required by ICAO to be at least level 4 in their aviation english proficiency by march 2011. the CAAP had been conducting the screening/testing of the filipino pilots since last year. most of the cebpac pilots are now certificated. the fee - Php3,500.00 and unreceipted.
what gives? all these for a 30 minute dialogue with a lady trying to be a better english speaker than you. well, twotters would probably think cusi is not in on it. me, too.
