Yes, it would be interesting to hear a Czech perspective on this.
I have been following the situation for several years, and, its a mess. There seems to be alot of political interference, which is why the privatisation stuttered and was finally canceled.
They did report a profit a couple of years ago and were lauded by certain sections of the media. However, that was as a result of selling most of their non-core business!
You can see the trend. They ceased TA operations recently rather then find replacements for their elderly A310s. I agree with the above post that history is repeating itself!
