My advice: for a fun, fast and cheaper recency is to get your M1 visa and make a trip to USA.

you can get your multi recency done too
and moreover you will saved from the headache of getting the noc, appearing for oral exam for spl getting frtol
and you are more familiar with USA and your flying school so why not get it done from there
