Given the choice, I'd go for the CJ2 job. Its a jet, "you can't feather a hole," and it is probably a smaller company. If that is so, you will learn more, and faster, than in a bigger company. On those standby times away from base, you will get lots of sound advice from your captains. If the captains you fly with know that you are working hard, most of them will give you extra help along the way.
