I suppose you mean drivel, though the two words originally meant the same thing: drool. However these days they have become differentiated. When you mean to criticize someone else’s speech as stupid or pointless, the word you want is “drivel.” ... which of course is all my psilocybin-induced rantings are, though your (correct use of the word by the way) reference to Part C man eludes me.
