Just wait a while and I suspect all will improve, and rather quickly too.
With the global upswing, crappy airlines like Tiger will be the first to suffer huge aircrew losses. It happened last time at J* (and will again) and this will also hurt Virgin but will decimate Tiger unless they improve T&C for pilots.
The other airlines that will suffer will then be those in polluted places like HK where no amount of $ can offset the health damage done to innocent family members by forcing them potential significant respiratory illness by making them breathe-in toxin-laden "air".
