AGREE!!! But the initial screening process does not reflect the working conditions and treatment at Deer, or Capital Airlines as it is now.... After you get the job it's a whole new ENCHILADA!
100% that their screening process SUCKS A$$... Organization and treatment... ZERO! BTW CBJ is one of about 12 HNA Group Airlines, and they all seem to follow the same interview "rules"... No wonder why we R short!
