I believe I'd learn A) what an aircraft is really capable of in the very worst situations/condition, B) things one must never do when flying, and C) a lot of patience.
Quite possibly all one thing in Nigeria: You'll be finding out the things you should never do whilst flying in the very worst situation after which time you would have learnt endless amounts of patience...
Never flown in central Africa myself but some of my colleagues describe it as a mix of foreboding and shear terror. Not sure fun could be
that much fun.
