The main problem with our AOA is the LEADERSHIP.
IT NEEDS A STRUCTURAL CHANGE .
Less committee style dawdling and shadow boxing.
Can you imagine CX being run by a committee ???
Look at ourselves , looks what is going on at the moment , in the last few months , the last few years....it's all gone down hill and it's going to keep doing so until we change the way we run it.
